• Review of ITB documents.• Verify the FEED/PTS documents. Including specifications, drawings and other necessary information required for preparing the bid.• Develop Inquiry synopsis, tender study reports. Visit corresponding site, preparing site visit report.• Analyze the project requirements in a cost effective manner with required materials.• Determined the long lead items.• Attend Pre-Bid meetings. Liaison with client and main contractor for project related matters, for technical inputs required during estimation.• Engineering material take off.• Checking B.O.Q, Piping, Equipment's against P&ID• Prepare detailed technical list of queries to client for clarification about ambiguous and missing necessary information.• Estimate engineering project execution man hours.• Identify sub-contract / specialized work items.• Review quotations from vendors for permanent material, sub-contracting items etc...• Overall coordination with other disciplines for input / output requirement.• Prepares preliminary schedule, manpower loading and equipment list for technical proposal.• Estimate the overall cost for the execution of the project including but not limited to the management, manpower and required equipment, tools & consumables based on scope within the contract frame.• Prepares overall cost summary of the project for review, by Estimation Section head & Business development Manager.• Prepare Technical Submission raced during post tender stage.Extensive experienced in handling various activities that includes tender documents, tender drawings, preparing scope of work, following specification, B.O.Q, raising technical queries, clarifications for fire-fighting system & fire Alarm/Detection Systems.
