• Develop & Streamline detailed “Project Implementation Plans” in accordance with scope & strategic priority• Analyze Project proposals (scope & schedule) in pre-bidding phase for Strategy & Planning stakeholders• Manage stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects within allocated budget & locked schedule• Hold weekly review sessions with internal & external stakeholders to assess project progress and address concerns• Resource management, alignment & planning to meet the requirement of E2E project delivery• Develop dashboards to provide visibility (Weekly & fortnightly basis) to Top Management, Internal & External stakeholders/Customers• Process standardization & implementation of lesson learnt & best practices to ensure overall project governance

• Prepare & review detailed “Project Implementation Plans” in accordance with locked Scope of Work• Analyze project proposals (scope & schedule) in pre-bidding phase for Strategy & Planning stakeholders• Evaluate & mitigate risks, approach proactively to resolve conflicts and eliminate hiccups to project’s progress• Engage with all stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects within allocated budget & locked schedule• Hold weekly review sessions with internal & external stakeholders to assess project progress and address concerns• Ensure timely PR/PO creation, Establishment of LC & Custom Clearance for Equipment delivery as per plan• Offer feedback on Weekly & fortnightly basis to TMG, Internal & External stakeholders/Customers based on Progress Insights• Manage & track Project/Scope-wise allocated budget, lead zonal & regional teams in achieving Annual Expense Targets• Extend experience based support in finalizing vendor strategy & vendor selection• Review, Process & Conclude PO Settlements, Scope Amendments, Extension of Timeline & other Change requestsAdditional Responsibilities: -• Preparation of PMO Goals framework & Performance Assessment Criteria & alignment with HoDs within PTCL Group• Act a single Point of Contact for Internal Audit committee for Project Management Office related KPIs & processes on quarterly basis• Drafting & consolidation of Project & Portfolio Management Framework• Preparation of domain-wise Risk register & Lessons learnt documents for effective Project Governance• Drafting & finalization of Project Governance Model• Managed GPON/FTTH rollout Nationwide as an additional responsibility

-Monitoring and Control of all projects related to Optical Transmission Network ( SDH, DWDM, MPLS-TP (PTN)) -Preparation of Project Implementation Plan (PIP)-Support in Procurement process including PR/PO Creation, LC creation, Custom Clearance & Deliveries @ Warehouse/Sites-Monitoring Deployment/ Rollout as per BOQ & Site level Design-Ensure Quality Tests as per locked PAT Protocols -Issuance Of PAC/FAC -Financial Closure of Projects ( GRN, SAN)-Coordination with Planning, Procurement, Operations and other stake holders for smooth execution of Project- Weekly Status reporting to TMG
