Summary: The five- to seven-year $225M United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Nigeria Integrated Health Program (IHP) increases the capacity of both public and private health systems to sustainably support quality primary healthcare services to reduce maternal and child morbidity and mortality. IHP works in Ebonyi, Bauchi, Kebbi, Sokoto states, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and supports health policies and systems at the federal level. IHP aims to increase the quality of care, improve access to primary health care services, and strengthen the health systems supporting those services. IHP prioritizes early and rapid scale-up of proven high-impact RMNCH+NM interventions while co-investing with states and private entities to progressively strengthen health system capacity to build on and sustain interventions beyond the life of the project. Summary: The ICHSSA-4 project is a 5-year USAID-funded award. The project is being implemented by a consortium of partners, with Pro-Health International (PHI) as the lead partner and Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as the sub in Adamawa, Bauchi Taraba, Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi states. Summary: The Strengthening Integrated Delivery of HIV/AIDS Services (SIDHAS) project works to sustain the integration of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis (TB) care in Nigeria by building the country’s capacity to deliver high-quality, comprehensive prevention, treatment, and services. The project is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) under the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).Responsibilities:• Support the STO M&E in preparing weekly action reports, minutes of Meetings, and Training Reports promptly to inform decision-making for improved program performance.• Support up-to-date and accurate documentation of services provided and ensure recording & and reporting tools are available at HF.• Conduct monthly data review meetings with facility M&E Focal Peron, LGA M&E Officer, and other stakeholders to address and encourage data use at the LGA and Facility level.• Carry out Monthly data transmission to CO using DHIS 2.0 and support in conducting assessment and evaluation.• Supported the analysis of data, including the generation of routine statistical and analytical reports as required.• Ensure accurate and reliable data collection, entry, storage, validation, analysis, and eventually results in dissemination promptly.• Support the development and implementation of program M&E plans to capture project performance and results, including data reporting, assessments, and all monitoring and evaluation activities.• Validate and Enter data on the monthly summary reports into the FHI’s aspect of the District Health Information System.• Support in LAMIS clean-up and ensure accurate information is entered.• Routinely monitor project performance against targets and prepare periodic reports on M&E activities for the program
