Current• Managing the entire projects of the company.• Allocating the projects to the Team Lead based on the verticals.• Connecting with the Team Lead and Customer Success Managers on daily basis regarding the deliverables of the projects.• Maintained knowledge of regulatory requirements of multiple verticals which were part of the projects.• Ensures compliance of the PMO process for the most critical and demanding accounts of the organization and account level detailing and SLA compliance as per client contract. Most of the accounts are high value and have high visibility.• Mentors and guides other members of the team on the process and account level requirements.• Plays a key role in the overall compliance tracking and utilization report deliveries to the PMO lead and the respective CS team members.• Takes complete ownership of the accounts with hardly any intervention from the lead for account level guidance.• Tremendous support for projects that cut across multiple teams, as they are challenging to handle in terms of follow ups / compliance.• Ability to identify and sort problems in the compliance process.
