 Review detailed Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing) Drawing packages on REVIT/ AutoCAD, in accordance with city building permit requirements, engineering codes and client specs. Review Architectural Drawings (Floor plans, wall assemblies) on REVIT & AutoCAD to meet Building Code, as necessary. Review final drawing packages (Electrical, Mechanical, & Architectural Plans) to ensure all specs within the project scope are met. Manage turnkey and contract construction projects from start to finish (includes engineering, budgeting, scheduling, procurement and construction). Create realistic Gantt Charts to assist in managing timelines and to assist construction managers with tasks. Use complicated Excel sheets to manage company admin work such as finances, accounting, and budgeting. Establish great customer relation to generate sales. Day to day business growth operations.
