A team leader of 14 members. Our project was to set up Magnolia Home theaters in all Best Buy locations across Northern Virginia and Washington DC area. As a team leader, my responsibility was to make sure that the transition of merging Magnolia home theaters into Best Buy goes smoothly. I was responsible for meeting the sales budget and preventing shrink.
