Business Development Manager
Current• Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development and growth strategy.• Contacting potential clients and negotiating with them to establish rapport and arrange meetings.• Determine key business development KPIs.• Working closely together with the company CEO & board of directors for the company’s business development & future strategies.• Researching business opportunities & viable income streams• Attending business conferences, events & trade shows.• Coordinate business meetings & develop strong business relationship with the Local & foreign, client’s subcontractors, suppliers & business partners.• Enhances organization reputation.• Specialization to setup up new joint ventures/consortium at national & international level.• Support marketing activities, advertisements ,trade/ technical shows, business presentations, through print, digital & social media.• Understand the client needs & provide best possible solution.• Involved in a company prequalification activities & technical proposals together with the tendering department.• Following industry trends locally and internationally• Involved in human resource recruitment from various countries especially in recruitment agencies selection, recruitment process, interviews & final Selection in coordination with human resource department.• Playing an active role in procurement of special equipment's and products from local & international vendors by devising fruitful sourcing strategies. • Actively involved in Import and logistics.• Acting as Liaison officer for the Micro Tunneling division.• Support team members.
