Proficient in setting up project governance, robust project plans including identifying key dependencies and assumptions, creating risk registers and devising risk strategies, identifying benefits, undertaking stakeholder engagement management as well as other key PM responsibilities.Deployed onto both the Afghan resettlement and Ukraine response programmes to lead in the PPM area. Working with varying colleagues from entry level new starters to directors to shape the project management function ensuring a more organised response could be devised and provided.
