Worked as Area Sales Manager in the central region. Major Responsibilities:Work to meet all sales targets, plan store sales strategies, analyze sales data, and work to expand sales.Accountable for the retail operations and growth of every outlet on YOY basis.Regular visits of designated territory for assessment through focusing on visual merchandising, monitoring outlet operations and staff performance.Developing the store staff to provide a customer service exceeding customer expectation. To become the “Best of Breed” sales team.Measuring stock levels quantity to ensure 100% availability of products at outlets through monitoring maximum, minimum and re-order levels of inventory in outletsScrutinizing fast moving, slow moving and dead items and further rotating the products within and outside the designated territory.Coordinating with VM department for implementing the innovative standards at outlets and coordinating with Supply Chain department for drop plans, replenishment plans and Inter Store Transfers. Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to retail head.Generate a monthly report reflecting the sales, market research, competition data, new campaigns and their impact on business.Controlling shrinkage, wages, cash controls and store expenditures.Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.Identifying the new locations for opening the new storesWorking in liaison with other departments to improve profitability.
