• Oversee services throughout a project, ensuring that high level of service, safety And environment awareness is well maintain• Implement and monitor PPM schedules, KPI and SLA for all specialized system management contractors • Notifying client about breakdowns of equipment’s that are effecting other services and action plan to be submit • Preparing all third party certificates, Lab test reports and calibration certificates are valid and up to date • Ensure contractor service reports, specialized service performance check are maintain all the time and filled for internal/external audit • Supervising the specialized system maintenance contractor to do PPM as per NFPA/DCD standard • Raising PR to get the quotation for corrective action • Prepare initial/detail technical reports for breakdowns and major repair works • Manage Third party Specialized services and sub-contractors • Ensure zero accident occurs on subcontractors/in-house employees • Ensuring compliance to QHSE standards and the client across all operations and 100% closure of any NCR within given timeline• Managing outsource service providers and ensures that maintenance contractors are adequately trained, equipped and motivated to complete the tanks on time and safely • Carry out all other additional task and responsibilities levied time to time • Ensure site account achieves 95% score in internal/external quality audit by preparing all necessary documents regularly • Preparing monthly performance & Operational report for the client.• Carry out HSE site inspections for community• Carry out HIRA (hazard Identification Risk Assessment) for community • Reviewing RA/MS for all sub-contractors and additional works carried out by client direct contractors

Key Responsibilities:• Work with the property management team to plan and manage all snag work, DLP handling, and documentation hand over etc.• To assist Maximo& EAM team to upload equipment &property locations in Maximo & EAM to schedule PPM on annual basis.• Plan, direct, and manage all facility-related activities for assigned assets/buildings.• Manage all vendor and supplier relationships and bids maintenance.• Lead and manage facilities staff and oversee hiring, training, development, staff evaluations, etc.• Assist with planning, forecast, and management of operations and capital budget.• Ensure high quality facility services and oversee on-going internal customer relations.• Develop/implement systems and controls to improve services and promote effective working environments.• Fire Safety compliance and monitoring – fire risk assessment and ensuring that regular Fire Safety drills are conducted• Day-to-day management of Health & Safety Policy and ensuring on-going compliance within assigned area. Actively raise awareness and promote understanding of the importance of office health and safety by conducting weekly tool box talks.• Working with Contract & Commercial Department (C&C) and with the Procurement Team to prepare new AMC & renew existing AMC.• Oversee facilities maintenance Electrical, plumbing, HVAC& preventive reactive and corrective maintenance.• To assist fire alarm & firefighting contractors to prepare 1st& 3rd party maintenance certificates and same to be approved/attested from DCD.• Part of fire team during examination of fire certification in PCFC Jabal Ali EHS• Oversee the lift OEM contractor to coordinate for PPM and rectification within a given time frame • To assist Lift and Access control contractors to prepare 1st& 3rd party maintenance certificates.• Manage Specialized System Management for follow systems with compliance to Civil defense etc. wherever applicable also sound knowledge of international standards NFPA
