Provide Technical support for smooth functioning of Hardware, Software and related IT Operation.Support end user in any problem related to LAN and Wireless services.Day to day maintenance including patching, firmware installation and updates, monitoring and installation of Operation System and other utility Software. Identify and resolve network and System problem.Maintain and track Helpless Support records.Maintenance of IT equipment e.g. UPS, LAN Switches etc.Assist Deputy Manager IT Operations.Any other task assigned by the Management.

Provide real-time remote support to customers experiencing browsing and connectivity issues by accessing their devices through remote desktop software.Diagnose and resolve issues related to internet browsing, network configuration, and firewall settings.Perform port forwarding configurations for customers requiring access to specific services and applications from external networks.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up.Guide customers through troubleshooting steps over the phone or chat, ensuring clear communication and effective solutions.Maintain and update customer tickets in the system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of troubleshooting efforts.Collaborate with network engineers to identify recurring issues and improve overall service performance.
