As a freelancer, I meet with clients virtually and discuss in depth with them in order to get the full expectations for their website requirements before designing the site accordingly. These sites are then built using Wordpress and Elementor. Additionally I also provide SEO as well as general maintenance services after the handover is done with the client.

I was part of the team that developed and maintained Mereka Connect, an events booking platform specializing in educational events such as workshops targeting anyone with a desire to learn new skills. My responsibilities included building new features for the platform whilst ensuring code stability, compatibility, and overall system stability as well as refactoring old components and pages to better reflect updated designs.

I mainly developed and updated the websites for Mereka and Biji-biji Initiative, Mereka’s sister company. The bulk of my work consisted of developing websites for Mereka's clients such as Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia (YIM), OrphanCare Foundation, and Microsoft Indonesia. Additionally, I also developed landing pages for programs run by Me.reka and Biji-Biji Initiative in conjunction with different partners such as Yayasan Hasanah, U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, and Standard Chartered. There was also that one time I developed a 2D educational point-and-click game themed around environmentalism for U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur.
