Working as RAN manager for the central region on wi-tribe Wimax network roll-out. My job responsibilities are customer interfacing both at regional level as well as customer PMO/head office. Additionally I'm in charge of the new product introduction ativities and FOAs(first office appliation).

-Worked as RAN team lead for central region on wi-tribe’s 312 WiMAX sites expansion project which involved managing the team as well as providing technical assistance-Involved with successful execution of FOA (First Office Application) for Motorola’s latest product in WiMAX portfolio; the WAP650. Coordinating with Motorola New Product Introduction and development teams for finalizing customer ATP documents as well as conducting extensive product testing in parallel for product enhancement. Involved in customer meetings and product workshops for presenting the new product portfolio.-Selection and procurement of ancillaries from different vendors for the project-Coordinating and interfacing with customer PMO/head office since start of project and taking part in weekly project meetings which require frequent intercity travelling. Publishing various project milestone and progress reports for the customer on weekly basis

-Worked as RAN engineer from Jan 2009 till Jan 2010 providing remote and on-site technical assistance to field teams during execution of wi-tribe’s 350 WiMAX sites project-Commissioning and integration of RAN network involving various elements such as Motorola WAP400 Rev-A WiMAX product, Cisco ME3400 series Ethernet access switches, Dragonwave IP radios etc.-Joint technical site surveys for new site candidate selection before build up along with civil and RF teams. Creating candidate suitability reports after site surveys.-Conducting and supervising LOS surveys for MW backhaul transmission network-Conducting RF optimization stationary and drive tests and creating site and network level RF performance reports-Site level ATPs with customer -Inventory record management and inventory distribution among different regions

-Part of Wateen WiMAX managed services team-Responsible for fault, configuration and performance management of the network-Managing the Motorola WiMAX WAP400 network through Motorola CGEMS-Managing SAGEM Ethernet & E1 based MW backhaul through SAGEM NMS-Managing Cisco core through Cisco LMS, MRTG, cacti -Managing Wateen Telecom’s LDI and IMS networks comprising of NEs from multiple vendors such as Sonus(Media gateways), Acme Packet(SBC), Iperia etc
