Responsible for scaling up FTTx Broadband business of central and south mumbai through Direct Sales Team and Area Incharge with high motivation.Selling High Arpu plans to increase the revenue.Planning daily on ground activities like road shows, flier distribution, cold calling, newspaper insert, society demo etc...Hand holding new joinees with proper training and on field shadowing to build confidence in them.Monitoring the agents productivity and driving the performance of low ones.Motivating the sales team and area managers by incentivising them and building strong competition amongst them.Meeting cable operators and maintaining strong relationship with them in order to get the permission for connecting the society.Expansion of new area by approaching society secretary and presenting services offered.

Handling Collection & Retention of Fixed Line Broadband and Landline customers of Western Circle which includes Mumbai , Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bhopal , Indore , Jabalpur , Raipur and Gwalior through circle office Mumbai.Co-ordinating with Zonal Mangers to discuss daily targets and plan strategies for customer retention.Rolling out incentives for zones to motivate and drive the performance.Ensure proactive approach rather than reactive approach towards the customer.Ensure less than 2% churn of fixed line customer

To observe the behaviour of the customer from threat to churn.Customer show sign or indication before churning from the network. Capture this and work on proactive telecalling to customer to understand their pain areas.All issues highlighted by customer to be forwarded to respective department and close looping them with proper resolution given by the team.Ensure customer satisfaction and quality resolution to the customers.

Handling Outbound team to upsell VAS to increase the revenue of the customer.Identifying the base and understanding the potentials in the product as per market trend.Upselling VAS through various activities like telecalling, sms , OBD etc..
