Duties:•Responsible to maintain requirement log and raise request of material timely.•Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local andoverseas vendors.•Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technicaland commercial specifications required for the project.•Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to highdelivery and short lead time requirements.•Ensure timely processing and release of purchase orders to meet businessrequirements and customer’s needs.•Monitor and follow up closely with suppliers in order to receive parts withinagreed period, request change mode of transport whenever necessary.•Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.•Maintaining records on the procurement process to ensure full transparencyand accountability.
