Oversee and manage overall production resources & process for high efficiency. [Floor Management]• Maintain good production plan coordination in achieving productivity, quality, hygiene & performance. • Manage process control, improvement efforts to increase higher quality production & reduce wastage in production. (R &D)o Production operation pass the break-even point.o Provide efficient solutions for problems.o Continuously process improvements.o Maximize profit margin. Continuously monitor and manage production performance in ensuring:o Meets the target timely.o Cost-effectively.o High quality product. Optimize most efficient uses of the available resources, (equipment, labor & others) to meet production goals within the budget. Develop and maintain company’s Halal Assurance System, MESTI (KKM) executed effectively and well implemented. Analyze and develop marketing and sales plan and translated it into strategic effective plans. Establish and implement company policies and safety procedures for employees. Develop and execute process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity Identify and investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions. Manage machine supplier / contractor for any project implemented.

 Execute LPG piping system installation (project)/maintenance work. Complete documents for authority approvals (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) such as engineering calculations (equipment sizing and selection), Approval to Install,ATI, Approval to Operate,ATO documents Job Safety Analysis,JSA and others. Execute & supervise preventive planned maintenance (PPM) on LPG & any inspection work systems and equipment. (hydrotest, pneumatic test, NDT works)  Perform testing controls and safety devices to make sure they’re working properly Provide customer with consultation regarding gas safety and energy efficiency.
