Trained as Biochemist (BSc Hon. 2007) and Food Science research Scholar (M.Phil 2010; PhD 2018). I studied Biochemistry at the "North Edge" of Great Pakistan, known as Hazara University. Then, I went on to do an M.Phil. & PhD in Food & Nutrition at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore, Pakistan. I have received proudest achievements including the prestigious "Young Scientist" fellowship from China in research in Food Science, an international visiting PhD fellowship in research in diabetes management at the University of Minnesota, USA and PhD indigenous fellowship from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). Beyond producing industrial end products, my PhD research also produced 3 peer-reviewed publications, overall my H-index is 30 (Scopus), with an overall 50K citation. My PhD work on processing condition optimized cost effective process for extracting and purification of beta-glucan from yeast, its utilization for diabetes management in rats, performed experiments using mouse models plus colony management, treatments and organ harvest for morphological, histological, micro-structure, functional attributes for the characterization of phenotypes and utilization of yeast Beta-glucan as a functional ingredient for bakery items in food industry. Despite commercial interest nearly impeded I wrote 1 Book and produced 1 research paper on yeast being as single cell protein during my M.Phil, to benefit society and environment, industrial food waste was used to raise baker yeast. As a mentor I supervised one master thesis student (Malaysia) and a PhD research thesis supervision (Malaysia) is continued till now. I am fully trained in grant writing, independent & team work, and to hunt research funding from national and International organizations. Concerning being as supervisor of Bachelor students, I supervised 30 students till now. I am fully trained in wet lab experimentation, quality control analysis, product development & Innovation, characterization, approaches towards economic growth and sustainability. Regarding some prestigious awards to my name include "Productive Scientist of Pakistan 2017, Best highest number of publication Award, Best highest number of citation rewards, Best highest impact factor award".Also, an unhealthy interest of mine in Lahore City is to find noodles and Queeta Tea made by a real Queetian, to speak Punjabi with lexical [while more often, my native colleagues hesitate to reciprocate] and learning of the Russian Language😄😄😄 by my own, without a teacher, Ah!!!
