Edwards & Sons (EM) Sdn. Bhd. has a 3 (three) year contract of Hook Up and Commissioning of Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. platform in Terengganu’s and Sarawak’s waters. Edwards & Sons is a PCC contractor for the construction and maintenance of Carigali’s facilities. Responsibilities were as follows:-• Preparing Work Order Proposals to be part of the contract with Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. This required detailed description of work methods needed to execute the Work Instruction given by Carigali.• Preparing Request For Instruction and Change Order Proposal as additional work. This required the progress of the work to be monitored and to identify any work which was not included in the Work Order Proposal that has been approved which will determine any cost impact on the project• Issuing Service Order to sub-contractor and closely monitoring their work as to make sure that it does not exceed the cost limit.
