As a Wireless Engineer, I am a key point of contact for the JLR stakeholders to discuss wireless technology and troubleshoot wireless issues. I advise upon standards and industry best practices for implementing high-density WIFI solutions according to the latest technologies and protocols. I am Proficient in Ekahau AI Pro, and have prepared reports for passive active, and predictive surveys. I have been involved in Projects in the UK and Globally to troubleshoot and consult on existing and future Wireless Deployments. I have been involved in major internal projects to deploy and decommission networks from our sites in the UK and Globally. As part of this role, I engage with the end customer to help them understand the budget and scope to upgrade/ decommission the infrastructure. I have also deployed network assurance tools across our estate as visibility is even more critical with a shift to hybrid ways of working from the office and home, where we are becoming more dependent on the Internet and cloud connectivity for accessing essential services. Below are further competencies demonstrated within this role:- Able to examine a project scope and, ensure the latest suite of Network devices would be compatible with the current infrastructure when deployed. - Produce Knowledge Articles - Stand Up and present meetings with network architects and work out the future plans for the estate, thinking about how the new architecture will fit into the network team’s roadmap. - Identify, agree, and work towards collective goals. - Able to develop existing Network Standards and Audit Estate.

A Project was set out to build an internal application, "Your JLR", to help connect the unconnected employees across our site. When designing the application, it was essential to understand the customer and not make generalized assumptions about the audience. This lead to better designs and satisfaction with the application. I helped ensure the design wasn’t biased or based on assumptions by capturing requirements from the key users.
