Major responsibilities are• Develops, plans and implement the required in GIS and GPS software• Designs and develops complex GIS database models and templates.• Design, develop and implement cadastral data dictionaries and metadata templates.• Administers Cadastral data server and workstations by installing and troubleshooting system software and programs and administers system access and security.• Transposes complex data from records maps, CAD drawings, land use maps, and… Show more Major responsibilities are• Develops, plans and implement the required in GIS and GPS software• Designs and develops complex GIS database models and templates.• Design, develop and implement cadastral data dictionaries and metadata templates.• Administers Cadastral data server and workstations by installing and troubleshooting system software and programs and administers system access and security.• Transposes complex data from records maps, CAD drawings, land use maps, and other source documents into the cadastral Geodatabase.• Creates, manages, and converts gee-databases and coverage's into other file formats for internal system use.• Performs spatial analysis through SQL and spatial queries.• Performs data cleansing and manipulation to manage the inflow of updates to large databases and ensure data integrity. using Microsoft Access, Maplnfo, Excel, to facilitate the analysis and reporting of data. • Reforms extensive quality control checks of GIS Data and non-spatial databases with minimal supervision to ensure data integrity.• Collects data through interaction with relevant RCY departments, much of which is unsupervised and self-directed.• Assesses and coordinates GIS software and hardware needs of the project.• Contribute in the development of the Project Development Plan• Prepare work plans for the Cadastral Geodatabase development teams.• Prepare required survey technical reports.
