• Understanding of Project scope and required action and coordination with concern departments for Specification compliance, Preparing Deviation list, Proposal Drawings, Procedures, etc. • Selection of Canned Motor Pump as per Tender Specifications. Providing Budgetary and Firm Quotes to Clients. Submitting tenders on GeM/e-Procurement portals. • Coordinating with all project related personnel for progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the projects. Monitoring vendors progress for engineering, manufacturing for timely delivery of components. • De-bottle-necking issues and highlighting the same on time to time in Project Meetings. • Attending technical/commercial meetings and visit to Clients for GA/CS Drawing, Data Sheet, QAP’s Procedures, NCR approval. • Updating projects status, Drawing and Documents list and Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports to clients. • Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring Project status using software and coordinating Internal & External stakeholders for timely achievement of targeted deadlines. • Prepared Hindrance register for project delays and notified to client on time for Delay analysis and approval for no deduction of any LD amount. • Major Projects handled are from Nuclear and Defence Industry.

• Having responsibility of Quality Planning, Assurance, Control and Quality Improvement. • Developing QAP inspection & Test plans and getting the same reviewed from TPI & approved from Client. • Developing WPS, review & submit to TPI & Client for approval. Involvement in TPI inspection activities. • Prepared welding plan, inspection & Test plans and getting the same approved from Client. • Coordination with the client inspectors for timely delivery of product with customer satisfaction. Inspection of field activities as per approved inspection plans, obtaining clearance from clients and making reports, raising NCRs and closing after corrective / preventive actions. • Co-ordination with team to plan inspection & testing of raw materials. Interacts with client regarding material, Selection / testing and approval. Inspection of raw material at vendor’s site (Material Stamping, Casting Inspection, etc.) for timely delivery of components for further processing. • Witnessing destructive testing for procedure qualifications test coupons, welder qualifications test coupons & reviewing the test reports. • Monitoring NDT activities (UT, RT, MPT, LPT) and preparing NDT procedures & NDT reports. • Witnessing of different Testing like Tensile, Bend, Impact, Hardness, Flatness, Chemical Spectro analysis, Micro & Macro analysis. • Taken internal audits of various departments as per ISO 9001:2015. • Looking after 5S activities in Workshop. • Preparing History Docket as per Quality Assurance Plan and submit to Client for Shipping Release.

Learned about mechanical seals and pumps working as well as maintenance of Pumps. Done some Assembly work.
