With years of experience in recruitment, it was the health sector that I jumped into. Along the way I’ve the pleasure of working with some great people and some not so great. In January 2017 I decided that the way I wanted to move the business forward was to become a care provider myself, once registered with the CQC I set about trying to make a benchmark for quality care. In the first year of trading I achieved my qualifications to become registered manager and had our first inspection with CQC on which the company achieved a Good rating. With being CQC regulated and understanding what is expected from staff and what the requirements are we have the whole knowledge of what is expected of staff that homes need on a temporary basis which has enabled our recruitment side to flourish.
