I started my career back in 2007 as an IT sales professional for online IT training courses. From then onward I have been actively involved on the functional scale of IT development, especially in CRM. I have worked on each and every role in CRM, ranging from Microsoft Certified Pre-sales Specialist to billing coordinator, from a customer services representative to a marketing user. This unique set of expertise has enabled me to manage perspectives and expectations from both business and functional standpoint. I translate the management's vision of the CRM into reality.These different roles have given me an insight as to what the customers and users seeks in CRM. What they are looking for when they outline a requirement? And how to translate that requirement to the developers and enable timely output with proper adherence to quality and functionality.
