CurrentMichael Kors provides 2nd Line support to staff in the London office and across Europe. In this fast-paced environment, dealing with tickets and upgrading laptops is a frequent task. Using ServiceNow as our ticketing system, we need to be on top of grabbing and dealing with issues that come from VIPs and users across Europe.Since being recruited, all old laptops need to be upgraded, data transferred, and software installed ready to give back to the user. I have been dealing with this project myself by creating spreadsheets and organising time/dates for the handovers.Using Active Directory on a daily basis to create computer accounts and ensuring new laptops have been assigned.
