As a seasoned educator, I have honed my skills as a Soft Skills Trainer, Motivator, and Career Counselor, helping students unlock their full potential and navigate their professional journeys.My previous role as the Principal Academic Coordinator for the Undergraduate Program showcased my leadership abilities and organizational skills, where I successfully oversaw the program's operations and ensured a smooth learning experience for students and faculty alike.Being a resource person for over 50 HRM, Leadership, and Soft Skills workshops, I have had the privilege of imparting valuable knowledge and practical expertise to diverse audiences. These workshops have equipped individuals with essential skills for personal and professional growth.In addition to my teaching and training roles, I have also taken on the responsibility of being the Student Societies Incharge at CUI Abbottabad, fostering a vibrant campus culture and empowering students to engage in extracurricular activities. This experience has further enhanced my interpersonal and communication skills.Furthermore, I have served as a project leader for various social work activities, combining my passion for community service with my expertise in project management.
