I worked in the area of Environment & Safety, on various projects such as implementation of software for monitoring environment and safety related performance of all manufacturing plants of Asian Paints, upgrading & implementing the Environment manual, standardizing processes across all Plants. A new project I am currently working on is the development of an EHS Standard for entire Supply Chain and creation of documentation for comprehensive environmental legal compliance.As Manager Environment Health and Safety at the Supply Chain Resource Centre of Asian Paints Limited I had the following responsibilities1. Design, configure and implement a comprehensive environment health and safety reporting software system across 5 paint manufacturing locations in India2. Design, configure and implement reports and performance tracking systems based on software3. Central resource for resolving queries of manufacturing locations and troubleshooting4. Represent manufacturing locations during performance tracking meetings with top management5. Central resource for documentation management with respect to ISO 14001 environmental management systems and British Safety Council standards safety management systems implemented across Asian Paints6. Worked on the design of Total Water Management Centre for the Indian city of Nagpur7. Worked on preparation of comprehensive environmental legal compliance document for manufacturing locations
