As the Lead Game Developer & Director of Maiz Studio, I oversee a talented and dynamic team dedicated to crafting custom Fortnite maps for clients within Epic Games' Island Creator program. My role involves both creative direction and technical execution, with a particular emphasis on Tycoon-style maps, while also branching into other genres.We have successfully sold numerous projects to clients, and I oversee every stage of development - from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality results. I also handle client acquisition, project management and maintaining direct communication to align with their vision.To streamline collaboration, I utilize tools like Trello, Microsoft Whiteboard and Discord, fostering an organized and creative team environment. I also implement a revenue-sharing system to ensure fair compensation, tracking contributions via tickets and revision control software.Looking ahead, my focus is on expanding our project portfolio and continuing to innovate within the Fortnite ecosystem, driving Maiz Studio LTD towards even greater success.

As an independent UEFN Island Creator and member of the Fortnite Creator Program, I publish games within the Fortnite ecosystem.While I’ve created 10 successful maps, amassing over 87,000 lifetime plays, much of my later work has involved managing teams to bring several of these projects to life. Despite not relying on social media for promotion, I’ve led 1-2 of these projects, collaborating with others to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences to players worldwide.

Working onsite at Canterbury Mosque, I was part of a small team responsible for physically demanding tasks, primarily focused on the safe deconstruction of the Mosque in preparation for an extension. This required constant communication and robust work ethic.

After exploring avenues for my 3D modeling, I came across TurboSquid which peaked my interest. Like other platforms I was working on, TurboSquid allowed me to reach even more customers and clients for jobs. From this I also learned how to manage myself and handle finances and clients. As I taught others how to use my models and showcase them.

Using Blender, I earned a place at CGTrader - selling my modals to individuals and groups for multiple uses. This was a collection of jobs including managing clients with custom modals, teaching them to utilize my assets and teams who needed 3D modelers as apart of there team.
