Inland Rail - Glenrowan Client: Australian Rail Track Corporation, $50m Bridge replacement allowing for operation of stacked freight trains and improved pedestrian access. Ensured safe working around the rail corridor, adapted to Australian standards, completed commercial tasks, assisted site management, tracked progress, reviewed programme and validated formwork, RC and temporary works.

CAR-T Tech LaneClient: J&J - Janssen, Pharmaceutical Facility - Fit-Out, €62m The facility will provide innovative cell therapy to treat cancer patients. Worked with the client and project supervisors on all aspects of quality across civil, structural, architectural, cleanroom, building services (MEP, HVAC and BMS) packages. Arranged sample, mock-up and benchmark approvals. Created, updated and confirmed the project quality plan was followed. The plan included identification of risks / mitigations and inspection procedures. Led walkdowns, final snagging and organised protection / handover of work. Issued non-conformances, proposed remedials identifying root causes, analysed trends to prevent reoccurrences and closed quality audits. Oversaw LEED certification, involved reviewing and selecting sustainable products. Ensured appointment of competent contractors, educated them on quality and sustainability. Involved in commissioning / flush-out, assured project was delivered to the required standard. Refined air quality management processes, improving operatives and occupants well-being. Reported on quality and sustainability to the wider business. Project social value champion.

2 Grand ParadeClient: Hines, Multi-Storey Office, €46m Included work for the Dublin Underground MetroLink and refurb of a listed building. Managed piling, earthworks (including ground stabilisation), RC, pre-cast, drainage, waterproofing, structural steel, demolition and refurb. Validated work against specifications and drawings. Collaborated with planners and quantity surveyors to track / increase productivity and control payments.  Maintained records and kept detailed daily site diaries. Resolved design issues, completed submittals / orders and inspection plans.  Mentored engineers, assisting with surveys, setting-out and equipment set-up / calibration. Chaired inductions and safety briefings, also created risk assessment method statements.  Helped site agents plan and execute work. Project quality and R&D champion.

Circle Square Affinity LivingClient: Select Property Group, Mixed Use High-Rise, £247m A project with 683 apartments, the tallest building soars 36-storeys into the city skyline. Supervised post-tensioned RC, pre-cast, facade and fit-out. Provided control; setting-out and datums. Completed surveys, pre-pour checks and issued non-conformances.  Agreed handovers and ensured deliveries whilst considering the programme, logistics and safety.

Sisk, Civils UK - Pre-ConstructionClient: Sisk, Warrington Office - Fit-Out, £0.5m Fit-out / refurb of a 2-storey 771m2 office space. As project manager negotiated with, appointed and directed 15 contractors. Prepared bill of quantities and contracts, controlled budgets and arranged payments.  Facilitated inductions, reviewed risk assessments, resolved queries and delivered the project early, within budget.Tender - Client: City of York Council, York Central, £100m (Awarded)  Worked on proposal questions focusing on the environment and corporate social responsibility. Gained understanding of work winning strategies. Shadowed business development team and successfully promoted Sisk to potential partners.Tender - Client: Highways England, M6 Junction 10, £78m (Awarded)  Completed estimating tasks including take-offs and pricing. Helped create phasing plans and a programme. Engaged with the client, designers, contractors and bid managers ensuring buildability.  Insight into better project delivery through value engineering.
