• Leading material planners in Planning Hub of the region Greater Middle East & Africa to execute material replenishment of five factories located in Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kenya & South Africa.• Responsible of ~130 inventory SKUs with buying & imports from multiple locations across the globe including America, Europe, Turkey, Arabia, Thailand, Singapore, China etc.• Securing optimal inventory level, optimizing logistics cost, driving and participating in material supply capability activities with central team. • Reporting and monthly analysis of inventory KPIs including RPM and Inventory Days with reason of deviations and key action from respective stakeholders.• Process flow mapping, lead projects and productivity improvement activities.• Working on data analytics using PowerBI to develop user-friendly reports on demand, supply & inventory.

Involved with SMEDA (Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority) – JICA (Japanese International Cooperation Agency) Technical Support Program (TSP), to strengthen auto parts industry of Pakistan, in Quality & Productivity.-- Selection of KPIs, deciding calculation formula, and monthly recording of data along with activities, observations & results after setting the target.-- Teaching and coaching over myriads of philosophies & tools such as FUNDOSHI, 5S, 5T, KAIZEN, FMEA, Why-Why Analysis, Pareto Analysis, OEE, SMED etc.-- Addressing the individual technical issues relating to different manufacturing techniques like Sheet Metal Working, Casting, Welding, Plating, Painting, Machining, Assembly-line etc.-- Spear-heading the team during follow-up visits in the absence of JICA Experts, to assess supplier’s performance and provide assistance in understanding the Experts’ advices and to improve the two-way communication.-- Conducted 2-day workshop on "KPIs; An effective tool of monitoring and improving the performance" at PAAPAM on 6th & 7th January, 2017.-- Delivered a one day seminar on "Introduction to TOYOTA Production System' at PAAPAM on 13th April, 2017.
