Senior Software Engineer And Bpm Architect
Current• Act as techno functional analyst liaison between business lines, interfacing applications teams, 3rd party vendors, developers and Delivery Managers.• Mediating between technology, external vendors, and business.• Providing direction in the use of technology to optimize business workflow.• Provide ongoing status reporting to the Project/Delivery Manager as required.• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, develop processes using Ultimus CPS and C#.net as backend and implement automated solutions using UiPath RPA.• Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies as required.• Conduct meetings and presentations.• Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements.• Perform user acceptance testing.• Update, implement, and maintain procedures.• Help in the change management strategy (including training and communications) as required.• Assist and support in any usability analysis and benefits realization efforts.• Execute product gap analysis based on gathered requirements to maximize project and business success,requirements management, process modeling and development methodologies.• Participate in design reviews to ensure that the technical design represents and complies with the user's requirements and, as appropriate, collaborates with the users to obtain user input and approval, to resolve issues and to keep users informed of project status.• Developing test plans and training plans in conjunction with the QA and Training leads, recognizing the skill and experience requirements.• Identify risks, scope change/creep situations and clearly communicate/provide a status report to all stakeholders, including corrective actions (if required).• Track progress, time and resources used for each project.• Effectively communicate with all areas of the Product team (management, design/UX, development, infrastructure, security, compliance, quality assurance and support team)
