With an award winning team of Architects and Designers, the company takes pride in its unique designs of buildings in Turkey, Africa, Kazakhstan, Libya, GCC and UAE.Project:A- Al Fattan Crystal Towers Project – Dubai Marina – Dubai150,000 sq. m Mixed use development with two towers 35 and 40 floors each.Tabanlioglu Architects was appointed as Lead Design and Supervision Consultant by Al Fattan Properties, the client.Job Responsibilities:• Drafting of standard letter of acceptance and sub-contract agreement• Responsible for contract administration and supervision of Documents Control.• Liaising with the sub-consultants, and employing new sub-consultants if and when required.• Evaluating Contractor’s claims contractually and providing support to Project Manager for quantitative analysis• Drafting contractual letters to client, client’s representative, main contractor and sub-consultants.• Active Participation in dispute resolution.• Tendering Management for Main Contract, Facade Works and ID / Fit-Out Package.• Assisting the Project Manager in preparation of interim payment certificates.• Providing support to the Project Manager for Planning.• Liaising with Local Architect for Authority Approvals• Review of Contractor’s relevant technical submissions• Active coordination for MEP Systems, Equipment and Materials review by Engineers• Active participation in MEP Value Engineering Proposal Reviews, and VE Proposals Analysis

Fast Track Project completed from "Shell and Core" situation to Fully Operational 5 Star Hotel in 10 Months [May 2011 to Feb 2012].SML Construction was appointed as Client Representatives by Al Fattan Properties, enabling full use of limited available resources, in order to deliver the project. Due to a tight budget, a team of 7 employees contributed for various jobs.Job Responsibilities:Similar to previous Job at ZSML Construction FZCo.Providing support to Technical Manager for planning, preparation of interim payment certificates and final calculations for all subcontractors.Active involvement in obtaining utilities connections including electricity and water [DEWA], sewage [Palm Utilities], Chilled Water [Palm District Cooling/Palm Utilities] SNG [Lootah BC Gas], Landline and GSM services [Du and Etisalat].Coordinating with Master Developer [Nakheel] and obtaining approvals for Variations to Approved Design and Final Building Compliance/Completion Certificate.Managed the Helipad Project from appointment of Consultant to commissioning of the helipad lighting.Coordinating with Authorities [Dubai Civil Defence, EHS/CED/Fire Department/Food Department -Trakhees JAFZA] for:Shop Drawings approvals for all MEP Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, and Food Services.Obtaining approvals for Variations to approved designs for Architectural Modifications and MEP SystemsCompilation and Submission of all necessary documentation and drawings for all above mentioned approvals and Building Completion Certificate
