Leading the teams involved in execution of Rail infrastructure projects under South Central Railway Jurisdiction.

The role entitles to serve as the interface between the Railways and the public including the media, rail customers, public representatives, passenger associations and other stake holders. Being the official spokesperson for the Railways, the responsibilities includes – 1. Dissemination of rail related information & news to the public and other stake holders of Railways through Print, Electronic & Social Media. 2. Planning, developing and implementing Public Relations strategies to build and sustain a positive image of Railways.3. Organizing all media related programme including Press conferences, Media Tours, official events, special news features, interviews etc.,4. Sharing Rail Development Data related to projects execution, performance achievements, freight and passenger traffic trends, innovations, best practices etc., with media, public representatives and other stake holders.5. Engaging public and Rail users on the social Media platforms including Twitter, Face book, You tube, Web site, etc on a 24/7interactive scale.6. Collating and analyzing Media Coverage to execute a effective response mechanism and present factual information7. Managing the Public Relations Aspects of potential crises situations.8. Ensuring effective In-House communication by designing and producing In-House Magazines, news letter, messages speeches, videos etc9. Creating public awareness on social themes pertaining to Railways through media by producing short films, film spots, radio jingles, display advertisements etc

As Head of Signal & Telecom Organization of the Secunderabad Division, South Central Railway, Leading the Team of 1156 employees to achieve the organizational Goal of safe & Punctual running of Trains, Improving Revenue Earnings, Passenger Amenities, Ensuring Safety of Road users at Level crossings, Improving line capacity etc.,Efficient and Fail Safe Maintenance of Signal & Telecom Infrastructure spanning over 2553 Track kms and 127 Block stations.Planning, Formulation of Capital investment Proposals and Execution for achieving Organizational Goals and Targets.Efficient Material Management and Human Resources development including welfare of staff .Coordinating with 17 sister organizations to achieve synergy .

Responsible for detailed planning and estimation, tendering and contracting, installation, monitoring, execution and commissioning of Signal & Telecom and capacity augmentation projects spread over Vijayawada, Guntur & Guntakal Divisions of South Central Railways . Role entitles effective management of Material , Human Resources ,Quality Aspects , Cost & Time Over runs and documentation.

In charge for the Public grievance wing of South Central Railway.

Responsible for detailed planning and estimation, tendering and contracting, installation, monitoring, execution and commissioning of Signal & Telecom and capacity augmentation projects spread over Vijayawada, Guntur & Guntakal Divisions of South Central Railways . Role entitles effective management of Material , Human Resources ,Quality Aspects , Cost & Time Over runs and documentation.

In charge of Signal &Telecom Planning and Design wing of South Central Railway. Responsible for formulating proposals and preparing abstract estimates for Signal &Telecom projects for improving safety in train operations, Capacity enhancement, Safety at Level Crossings, telecommunications network, passenger information systems etc., Approval of signal Interlocking plans, Interlocking Circuit Designs and processing of Safety Policies.

Overall in charge for safe and efficient maintenance of all Signaling and Telecom infrastructure of Bellampalli sub Division of Secunderabad Division, South Central Railway spanning over 670 Kms PDPL (excl) to BPQ (excl), MAGH to GDCR and COAL & CEMENT siding.Execution of special works by giving utmost important to quality and safety.To carry out all Co-ordination with all other department in day-to-day working.Control over expenditure in relation to budget allotment and sanctioned estimates.

Responsible for Effective Maintenance of Control & Instrumentation Systems in Thermal Power Plant.
