Working under the leadership of the Commissioner of Health, Government of Madhya Pradesh, I spearheaded an operational research project that utilized GIS tracking mechanisms to understand patterns and mitigate Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) in Panna district. The outcomes of this research informed policy changes and management decisions.Additionally, I facilitated field visits for key stakeholders, including government counterparts and donors, to showcase the project's efforts and share its learnings.One notable achievement was coordinating with the State Government and Water Aid to achieve the "Guinness Book of World Record for Handwashing by School Children in Madhya Pradesh." This accomplishment highlighted the success of our collaboration in promoting hygiene practices among school children.
