Waiter/Manager
Primarily serve multiple tables at a time and do my best to provide customer satisfaction. I would have up to 6-7 tables at once at times as well as selling up to $3,000 worth of our products throughout a day. I would assist communication between wait staff, kitchen staff and managers. As well as help set up and close down shop depending on the shift. The last month of summer, I was promoted to a manager role, the only first year worker to do so. It showed the trust the owners had, as I was able to access certain financial maneuvers in this role to keep customers happy and keep business as usual. I also had certain authorities over the average waiter/waitress on staff.
