Customer Servicing Space – Data Insights and Customer ExperienceWe have two teams responsible for building the platform that our agents will use to remedy customer inquiries such as credit bureau disputesThis is high level work on the technical side of the houseWe work 50/50 on UI and back-end API development4 total engineers, 1 lead and 1 POWorking across two work streams simultaneously (UI and Back End API)2 teams BE and 2 teams UIWill workWrite code in Node and Vue JS and connect to the back-end components of the APIStream the information into our datalake as wellAssist with some infrastructure duties as well in the cloudWe release this code into production through AWS
