Without a doubt, I consider the first milestone of my professional journey to be the first time I came to China, through a volunteer program in 2017. Since then, I have never really stopped to explore this magnificent country, where, thanks to many deep friendships, I have acquired a lot of knowledge and valuable experience.From 2017 to today, I have achieved many goals, such as obtaining a degree in Journalism and Communication from Xiamen University in 2023. Outside of the university experience, I have had many opportunities to experiment and grow in different work contexts:【China-Italy Chamber of Commerce】In 2021, I participated in a 5-month internship at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CICC), during which, despite the adversities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we managed to keep together a vast community dedicated to every type of business between China and Italy. We organized online events and seminars, creating spaces for sharing and discussing the Italo-Chinese entrepreneurial reality.【ByteDance】In 2022, I chose to work at ByteDance, a Chinese technology company whose major product is TikTok. ByteDance was a crucial step in understanding the dynamics of an international company that operates from China and invests in localizing its products globally. The marketing strategies led to amazing results, continuing to make TikTok's products highly competitive in the advertisement market.【LONGi Solar】In 2023, I transitioned from TikTok and the world of digital products to the manufacturing industry. I started working at LONGi, one of the largest producers of wafer, cells, and photovoltaic panels in China. In this role, I also focus on localizing and designing optimal solutions for various European markets. I believe in the future of renewable energy! I have learned and continue to learn, always maintaining a long-term vision.
