Managing people’s expectations is an art I love. To take the hassle out of problems is what gives me job satisfaction. These two things have always underpinned the service focused no-nonsense professional that I am. It goes without saying that making things happen is a priority. I have worked with huge talents in the performing arts world and high-ups in the public sector, and now with HNWI – all of which have had the same thing in common. They don’t have enough time to do what they want doing. This plays to all my strengths. I am not 20 – I have been around the block - I can take the heat –– and I have brought the value of this gold to the teams I have managed and the teams I have worked with. Going the extra mile is essential not an option and can be so much fun. Having fun whilst working is something I have advocated for years. I believe it brings the best out of people – and loyalty too.
