Experienced Director with over 25 years of working in the health and social care sector. I am Managing Director and a founder of Hoama Ltd a company dedicated to providing exceptional care to its clients and being an employer of choice. As MD I am responsible for overseeing the strategic, direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the Company.I have successfully led the development and implementation of business models, policies and procedures that have enhanced the efficiency, quality and sustainability of our Service.I have also established and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, commissioners, investors and other providers to ensure alignment and collaboration on the delivery of good care outcomes. Some of the skills that I have applied and developed in this role include new business development, problem solving team building and communication.I am Nominate Individual of Iden Manor Nursing Home CQC registered care home providing specialist elderly, dementia residential and nursing care.
