Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait: Definity system replaced with CM 6. More than 100 extensions with successful LSP implementation.2. Aramex LSP Upgradation: All Aramex branches LSP all over the UAE up gradation from CM 5 to CM 6. 3. AL Masraf Bank: Old Panasonic system was replaced with AVAYA IP OFFICE MIDMARKET SERVER EDITION SOLUTION. More than 8 branches all over the UAE were connected and 600+ IP PHONES installation was done including VOICEMAIL PRO.4. LULU HYPERMARKET: Maintenance and implementation of some braches of LULU hypermarket. This is one the biggest Avaya telephony system in terms of BRANCH Connectivity. There are total almost 50 sides in GULF.5. Sharjah Electricity and Water: Maintenance of G650 and S8400. There are 2 LSP sites and more than 200 mix phones.6. UNB Bank LSP Up gradation: ALL branches of UNB were upgraded from LSP CM5 TO CM6.7. BRITISH AIRWAYS CALL CENTER: BA DAFZA branch IP OFFCE with CCR implemented with agents, wall boards, CCR and voicemail PRO.8. Paragon Hotel Abu dhabi: implementation of CM and Hotel management system successfully implemented with Data configuration. More than 200 analog/digital and IP Phones successfully installed.9. Move and Pick Hotel (JLT): CM 6 Duplex server installation including CMM , Hotel management and successful installation of more than 300 IP PHONES.10. Dubai World Trade Center: maintenance of biggest Definity system in UAE. Having more than 1000 extensions.112. Arab Bank Free zone Branch implementation: CM 6 with LSP including CMM installation was completed.15. Arab doctors: Implementation of IP OFFICE MIDMARKET solutioin with IPOCC.

 To work as an Assistant I.T Manager in the absent of Technical Manager and perform all duties of I.T manager like to deal with customers, attend meetings ,preparation of quotation of Syscom Products and satisfy the customers about devices and requirement. To design Voice and Data Network for Nation Tower and Yas Island Water Park. To design voice and Data networks for Sky Tower and to make quotes. To work hard and perform major role to change the company status to CISCO SMB(Small Business Partner),Avaya Bussiness Parnter and HP Preferred Parnter  To complete 2 CISCO IP TELEPHONY Projects,10 Data networks as Team Leader. 20 plus Installations and configurations of Avaya Enterpirse and Avaya Ip office, including Call Center Setup on Avaya IP OFFICE. To configure routers CISCO 2600 series , CISCO 2800 series , CISCO 2900 Series , and CISCO 1800 series. To configure switches CISCO 2900 series , CISCO 3500 series , CISCO 4500 series, CISCO 500 EXPRESS Switch. To configure IP CISCO phones like CISCO 7906 , CISCO 7911 CISCO 7941,CISCO,CISCO 7960, 7970,CISCO 7971 ,CISCO 7936 conference. To configure SIP protocol in IP phones like 7941 , 7970,7971 and other CISCO IP Series phones. To configure CISCO ADSL cards, FXO ports, FXS ports and DIGITAL ports on CISCO 2821 router. To configure CISCO CALL MANAGER EXPRESS and configuration of connected IP phones. To configure TRAPEZE WIRELESS Controller and MP to configure the wireless networking for AL-MASA HOTEL
