Major Responsibilities include: Monitoring Production Cost on Weekly basis & generating weekly & monthly cost/ production reports. Production Analysis & costing of wastage accordingly. Analysis of manufacturing cost on monthly basis and reporting to directors. Ensuring that goods received by warehouse / inventory locations are matched with the actual invoices from the principals. Assist in establishing and implementing inventory policies and procedures. Coordinate with warehouse team to implement and ensure control system to reduce damage and inventory obsolescence. Reviewing obsolete / redundant inventory to facilitate their removal from the warehouse. Reconciliation of stock account on monthly basis. Ensure and review monthly that all product costs are properly taken in the cost of sales and inventory costs. Review of stock audit reports and taking corrective measures. Monitoring issuance of material on daily basis (Inventory Management). Assist management in Budgeting; analyze capital budgeting requests & Costing of Fixed assets. Prepare monthly budget variance reports (BVRs) and report to Management.Additional Assignments: Reviewing Sales tax Invoices, purchase journals & verifying payment vouchers. Review LCs & import & verify calculations. Report Key performance Indicators (KPIs)and report to management on Quarterly basis. Review & approve Bank Reconciliation Statements prepared by treasury dept. Assist CFO in preparing financial accounts. Verification & Filing of Sales tax return in FBR & SRB. Coordinate & Participate in physical inventory counts & in statutory audit of company. Leading Finance team in Cloud-based ERP Software (Bizztrax) Implementation in Macpac Films Limited.
