As an Assistant Manager, I am involved with maintaining contacts and relations with the industry, specific to the research and production as well as strategic contacts of the organization. I have also been overseeing recruitments within the organization and placement of Interns and graduates into relevant domains.My roles also include managing the industrial projects carried out with the assistance of the organization. I have been involved firsthand in project management and communications from the organization to a diverse range of industry.

As the assistant manager, I was assigned the task of maintaining Logs of all the projects going on within the company, I was to give input to the engineer teams working on each project and assigning each member their tasks, discussed before hand with the senior management, and then to take the respective outputs from the groups with respect to their time lines. I was very particular with these timelines and seldom lagged behind them. While holding this portfolio at Hybrid Engineering I was assigned to meet our clients in Lahore on monthly basis as well as had the experience of virtual meetings abroad to discuss the specific details for our products. I was also involved in writing, compiling and editing project reports, technical brochures and user manuals.I also had the experience of utilizing my leadership and witty diplomatic skills during the organization of the company exhibition at the Pakistan Auto Expo 2020, I was assigned with organizing overseeing and setup of the exhibition stall, company portfolio and marketing. I thus represented the company very professionally as the ambassador and the positive results were evident of the hard work in this regard. I was also involved in overseeing recruitment of engineers for the company.

As a project engineer I was assigned the task of maintaining the SOPs of quality control and testing of our new products and projects along with research and development of testing and multi-gage inspection machines for the automotive sector.During this time I had hands on experience of using productivity softwares.

I was assigned to oversee and manage the production, manufacturing and renovation of railway bogies at the PR Carriage Factory in Islamabad. I was also to oversee the quality checks before roll out of the bogies countrywide.

I was assigned to oversee and manage the overhauling and renovation of railway diesel locomotives at the PR Central Diesel Locomotive workshop in Rawalpindi. I was also to oversee the quality checks and performance testing of the locomotives before roll out countrywide.
