CurrentWorked as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) QA with the job responsibilities as follows:--Done QA of different ecommerce sites using salesforce commerce cloud as the platform. Followed the Scrum Model in Agile Methodology.- Used different functional testing techniques i.e. Smoke, Regression, Integration, End-to-End, Sanity, Cross-Browser, Cross-Device, UI for effective QA- Updated test cases on confluence per ticket basis according to different scenarios on the basis of user requirements- Maintained bug report per ticket basis on the confluence- Managed the time tracking and number of iterations per ticket basis in documented form to compare against the estimates for feedback in sprint retrospectives.- Performed Smoke Testing and Pre-Production End-to-End Testing Per release basis to check for any regression from the new features.
