• A3 Speed, TBA 22, TBA 19,TBA 8,Tray Shrink 51, Tetra Helix, Tray Shrink TS30, Domino Ink Jet Printer, SMI packing lines and Tetra cap30 (cap applicator)• To insure smooth run of High speed Tetra Filling, SMI Packing lines and Machine Accessories with maximum efficiency at low maintenance cost.• Plan and assign the tasks to execute the preventive maintenance plans to the team, keeping close coordination with Production and Logistics.• Arrange Material, Spare parts and Resources to execute planned maintenances.• Perform Breakdown analysis to find out and eliminate the problem root causesinstead of problem symptoms with the help of Breakdown analysis and WCM, TPM methodology.• Review daily, weekly and monthly Machine efficiencies, downtimes and make shortterm and long term action plans to improve the efficiencies and performances.• Increase the capability and problem solving skills of Operators and Techniciansby doing Trainings and coaching.• Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance according to required standards.• Conduct daily and monthly meetings with Team to engage and increase theteam results and achievements.• Maintain and control the Spare parts store inventory.• Ensure before time availability of Material and parts by follow up with suppliersand contractors.• Ensure the calibration and maintain the record of Plant and machine CCPs(Critical control points).• Maintain Hygiene and 5S of workshop, Machines and tetra filling hall.• Ensure implementation of HACCP, OHSAS and ISO standards.• Provide hands on support to team during breakdowns and troubleshooting.
