¬ Detail study of all works and scope necessary for the project and Identify packages of work to be carried out by subcontractors¬ Perform the procurement process, ensuring that all stages including prequalification, inquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation¬ Prepare and send requests for quotation to subcontractors¬ Valuation, Comparison and negotiation For Sub contractor offer.¬ Review and negotiation of the contractual and financial terms of Subcontractors quotations and issuance of recommendation in the form of Comparison Statements¬ Negotiation of the terms and conditions of the Letters of Intent / Letters of Acceptance to be issued to the Subcontractors ¬ Procurement & contractual arrangement of sub- contractors & Suppliers.¬ Evaluate and recommend valuation of suppliers' and sub-contractor's Variation Claims.¬ Review & negotiation of the New Rates / Variation Estimates submitted by the Subcontractors ¬ Assists in general contract administration duties.

Qatar • Presidential Palace, Abu dhabi, UAE• Ain Al faydha Development – 1000 Villas• Morocco Hospital, Morocco• Algeria Embassy for Saudi Arabia.• Two mosque at Mohammed bin zayed city, Abu DhabiJob Responsibilities.• Review and detailed study of tender documents, Bills of Quantities, Conditions of Contract, etc..• Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents & Specifications for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope of works, and Liaise with consultant regarding ambiguities contract work scope • Verification of BOQ quantities prepared by others.• Highlighting discrepancies in tender documents and seek clarifications there.• Follow up with consultant for tender addendums, clarifications &Queries.• Tender pricing and estimation.• VALUE ENGINEERING.• Analysis of rates for Labor, Material and Plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items. • Maintain vendors data base, Floating Enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers. • Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/qualifications within. Compilation of tender/bid offer submissions. • Tender evaluation, tender negotiation and tender reports.• Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.

Job Responsibilities.• Visit Site as and when required to monitor progress, Preparing Payment Application / progress payment claim against Value of Work done for measured works, Variations/Change orders, Material On-Site/Off-Site, Fluctuations, Special payments in accordance with contract • Develop Detail BOQ in order to verify and control quantities during execution . • Participate in joint measurement at site in coordination with Site QS • Perform quantity take off of materials at work• Attend progress meetings and provide updates to Client with projection of costs as required• Receive invoices and compare with BOQ & work out with quantity accordingly. • Assist to review agreement and its scope of works prior to made Sub-Contractor agreement to prevent further complication such as scope of works and its VO • Assist in checking subcontract agreement and to compare with budget and scope of work. • Analyze and Recommend Subcontract payment application based on actual progress of work. • Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.• Preparing and agreeing interim payments applications/valuations to client so that payment is received in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions; Works progress. • Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer. • Maintain logs for claims and thereby agreeing variations/change orders. • Prepare & Compile “Final Accounts Payment application” with relevant substantiation and documents as per contract obligations. • Maintain effective filing system in order to access documents on time such as agreement, log sheet, correspondence, calculations, budget etc.
