Procurement:-Directly responsible for managing the Annual Procurement of worth SAR 100Million approx.-Negotiating the best prices, lead times & credit terms along with Vendor Evaluation and management.-Global Sourcing of Items directly from China, Europe & USA to reduce costs and lead times.-Preparation & review of Cost analysis of LPO's.-Weekly Liaise-on with Finance Manager & Accounts Payable for payments and smooth supplier relations.-Monitoring the Costs of items and ensuring the procurement costs are within in Projected budgets.-Presentation of Monthly Spends & Savings to the management and directors for key decisions.Analysis & Planning:-Forecasting & forward planning for the materials/spares in coordination with concerned depts.-Monitoring ERP based MRP of consolidated requirements & presenting to management for approval.-Maintaining Min/Max Levels of inventory and initiating procurement at reorder points.-Preparing analytical reports for materials for timely delivery to fulfill demand.Transport & Logistics:-Negotiating logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals.-Ensuring to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies.- Ensuring the Documents for International shipments across GCC & global suppliers are processed correctly.Skills: Stakeholder Management • Pivot Tables • Supplier Negotiation • StrategicSourcing • Contract Negotiation • CommercialNegotiation

Major Job Responsibilities:1. Utilize company procurement software to generate request for quotes and purchase requisitions as well as create and prepare reports based on material data.2. Provide technical input and labor projections for production proposal efforts and material cost input for all proposal efforts.3. Participate in ISO audits resolve procurement and proposal PTRs and implement associated process improvements.4.
