B1 EngineerWith a decade of experience in the Pakistan Air Force's Engineering Wing, I've advanced from a Highly Skilled Technician to an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME). Specializing in CFM series Engines (CF6-50C2, RB211, CFM56) at PIA, I now serve as a B1 Engineer and Chief Supervisor of Engine Overhaul shops. Skilled in heavy base maintenance across various PAF fleets, including WP-7, WP-7BIV, WP-7C, WP-13, and RD-93 engines of the JF-17 Thunder. Proficient in maintenance program scheduling, engine run-ups, and meticulous assembly/disassembly, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation standards.

To supervise and perform heavy base maintenance of Engines especially on pure turbo jetEngines and in engine over haul shops.• To supervise and perform assembly and dis assembly of Engines from Transmission assembly to Final assembly. • To supervise and ensure engine inspection as per standard engine check list.• To supervise,repair and maintenance of engine modules.• To supervise and monitor the engine operational parameters such as EPR, EGT, CIT, CDP in engine log book.• To supervise and perform removal, installation and inspection of Fuel Pump, Fuel/Oil Heat Exchanger and related accessories.• To supervise and perform baroscopic Inspection of Compressor blades,Turbine blades and Combustion Chamber.• To supervise and perform checking clearance control of shrouds of Turbine and Compressor blades.• To supervise good housekeeping before starting shift and the after closing of shift. • Detailing of workers on task of maintenance scheduled with proper worksheets, drawing charts and task cards.• Monitoring all kind of maintenance during whole shift. • Implementation of SOP’s, SSP’s, SB’s & AD's where required. • Acceptance of Aircraft, Engine parts and components. • Final inspection of Engine completion according to AMM, EMM.Investigation and rectification defaults during engine run-up.• To resolve all kind of technical problems during maintenance of partially problematic engines. • To Control shift environment and man power with MRM (maintenance resource management) and SMS (safety management systems). • To check all kind of documentations after the completion of work with Quality control. • Motivate the workers step by step during maintenance.• Decision power on releasing aircraft, engines for flying.• Inspection of aircraft, engines when receiving. • Direct all the drawings, AMM, IPC, Cannibalization, and affectivity of aircraft, engines, and components.•To supervise and perform all carbon seals.

Receive and dispatch all kind of aircrafts and engines with components.• Inspection of compressors, Stator vanes, Combustion chamber, NGV’s, turbines, Exhausts on partially or non-partially repaired engines. • Issuance of Ferry permits, C of A, exports imports, C of R. • To supervise and use all kind of universal tools, special tools, calibration tools, precision tools, DTI’s, Vernier caliper, inside and outside micrometers. • To supervise small parts requirements during maintenance of aircraft and engines. • To supervise and perform removal and installation of engine components, Pipes on test cell as per defect. • To Supervise and performed intake and exhausts inspection and ready for free rotation of engines for text call. • To supervise and perform ground run inspections for all parameters. • To supervise and perform hot sections, inspection of combustion, Turbines, NGV's, Exhausts for red spots, Over heated EGT and TIT rise, Abnormal noise, Bearing failure, Dry runs, Oil sealing ring Damages due to rubbing and make important decisions to maintain manual requirements. • To supervise and perform all operation of ground service equipment such as force coupling tester of HPC to HPT, leak testers, spray nozzle adjustable, heat treated electric ovens, oil bath for bearings inner and outer races and bevel gears.• To supervise and perform balancing of compressors and turbines singling/coupling of the machine (SHENCK BM) with the latest software CAB 925 Germany. Types of balancing are (belt drive and N drive). • To supervise all daily inspections including engine working dollies, transportation dollies, electric hoist cranes, tools dollies, ground service equipment DI inspections and lubricants dollies. • To supervise and perform inspection of compressors, stators for nicks, scratches, shingling of blades, stress damages, bird hit inspections and make decisions for maintenance as per AMM, engine maintenance manual.
