Working as Leasing Coordinator makes me responsible for managing the leasing process for properties in GTA(Greater Toronto Area). This include tasks such as showing properties to prospective tenants, processing rental applications and leases, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and handling tenant complaints and transfering maintenance requests. In addition to these operational responsibilities,i come up in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants, as well as maintaining accurate records and financial reporting related to leasing activity. Strong communication and customer service skills are essentials that i undertake on daily basis.
