Major responsibilities are; Mechanical Maintenance: o Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS), work instructions and SOPs.o Inspection & preventive / corrective maintenance of mechanical rotary & stationary equipment as per PMS. i.e centrifugal pumps, air compressors, steam boiler, piping (CS / SS / GI / PPR / PVC / HDPE), conveyors.o Assist to improve availability & reliability of equipment through effective mechanical maintenance and cost optimization.o Coordinate and execute planned inspection / maintenance tasks during shutdowns.o Co-ordinate and allocate work to trade and provide leadership and direction.o Record keeping i.e. Data, manuals, drawings and history of equipment.o Maintenance budgeting and spares parts planning to ensure proper and timely availability of spares. As project engineer, successfully commissioned the EPC project of Halal Slaughter house and Meat Complex of capacity 100 Tons/day. Major responsibilities during project were;Procurement / Design Reviewo Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) for procurement of mechanical equipment.o Review of technical proposals, drawings / BOQs and prepare technical evaluation report.Execution / Quality Assuranceo Two stage ammonia refrigeration systemo Utilities Piping (steam, condensate, hot/cold water, firefighting, compressed air, drainage)o Insulation Panels (Sandwich panels with PIR insulation)o Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) Structureso Steam Boilero Waste Water Treatment Planto Water Filtration Planto Air Compressorso QA/QC, Fabrication and WeldingProject Managemento Meetings with International and Local Consultants, Vendors and Contractors.o Progress reports & project timelines for presentation to management.o Project scheduling, monitoring progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. Good knowledge of food safety standards / guidelines.
