• Finalise the monthly production costing for each sale order along with pre vs post costing variance analysis.• Finalise the closed sale order wise reconciliation for both greige and process contracts.• Finalise the yield analysis on monthly basis.• Allocation & apportionment of FOH cost.• Valuation of WIP & finished fabric stock on monthly basis.• Prepare Consumption vs Production analysis to ensure that issuance was made on correct sale orders.• Verification of Sales Tax Invoices. (SAP-Auto Generated)• Verification of vouchers related to sales tax invoices, expenses & accruals.• Verification of Yarn purchase contracts to ensure that Qty/Rate is not greater than pre costing.• Provide assistance for monthly management accounts. (Qtv analysis, Heavy/light weight analysis, trial export, etc).• Liaison with Internal/External auditors for providing various reports and information.• Maintain the record of DLTL (Duty drawback of local taxes and levies) and liaison with Import/Export department for timely submission and booking of Claims.• Responsible for Stock Audit (WIP & Finished Fabric) on 1st of every month.
