Planning Analyst
Current• Providing data analytics assistance to senior executives by generating comprehensive reports• Employing Business Process Modelling and Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline organisational workflows with the goal of maximizing efficiency and productivity while reducing costs.• Constructing BI dashboards to facilitate stakeholder decision-making through the proficient use of diverse internal data sources, utilizing the Power BI platform and BI Dashboards.• Creating detailed user guides for recently introduced or updated front-end systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service Dashboards, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).• Conducting training sessions for teams on newly implemented and updated systems.• Providing well-informed recommendations on quarterly stock levels and identifying cost-saving opportunities.• Working together with the planning team and pertinent stakeholders to carry out ETL procedures that involves the extraction, modeling, and preparation of data obtained from various internal sources for subsequent analysis and report generation using BI Tools.• Acting as the primary arbitrator between the management and technical support to ensuring that the user requirements are communicated effectively for system development. • Applying forecasting methodologies through tools such as Jedox, QlikView, and Microsoft Power BI. The purpose is to support business forecasting, efficient management of working capital, inventory control, and mitigation of slow-moving and obsolete stock (SLOB), leading to enhanced optimization of material pre-ordering and pre-production of Driplines, Filters, and Valves.
